  1. Enquiry — product name or CAS number, specification, quantity, destination port and Incoterms.
  2. Sourcing — we match the specification against qualified manufacturers rather than resell whatever is in stock.
  3. Quotation — a complete enquiry is normally quoted within one business day.
  4. Documentation — SDS and GHS labelling, dangerous goods classification and packaging certification, material certificates, certificates of origin.
  5. Inspection and shipment — third-party inspection where required, then cross-border logistics for hazardous or general cargo.
